Karen E. Daley is the founder, President and CEO of Homeland Title & Escrow, Ltd. Karen received her education at the University of Maryland, College Park and has almost 30 years of experience with the real estate market and title business. Karen previously was a successful real estate agent and sold over $30 million dollars in real estate in an eight year time span. She was honored as the "Rookie of the Year" for her agency, her first year in the business. In 1994, Karen founded Homeland Title as a two person location and now has more than 25 employees with offices in Anne Arundel County and Prince George's County. She is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association, Anne Arundel County Realtors Association, and has been accepted as a lifetime member of the National Registry of Who's Who in America. She is a licensed settlement agent and Maryland Notary Public.
Carolyn Broseker is Vice President and Chief Counsel for Homeland Title and the managing attorney of the Lanham office. She received her B.A. from University of Pittsburgh in both History and Political Science and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law with a concentration in commercial law. Before joining Homeland Title & Escrow, Carolyn was a commercial litigator for large law firm based out of Philadelphia. She is a member of the Maryland Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar, and is currently applying to the D.C. Bar. Carolyn is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is a Maryland Notary Public and a licensed settlement attorney.
Jackie Keeney was born and raised in the Annapolis area. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Psychology. Jackie is a licensed Real Estate agent and has over 10 years of experience in the real estate market and title business. Jackie's previous experience as a real estate agent and her psychology degree, allows her to provide a complete understanding of the home-buying process, from contract to settlement. She is a licensed settlement agent and Maryland Notary Public.
Diane Lambrow is a 30 year native of the Annapolis area. A former Johns Hopkins ICU/OR nurse, she worked with the top surgeons in the country to deliver the highest quality patient care. Desiring a change, Diane searched for a career that combined her passion for real estate and desire to care for others. The title industry was a perfect fit! Her integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail are assets to Homeland Title. She is a licensed settlement agent and Maryland Notary Public.
Lisa McCarthy was born in Northampton, Massachusetts and moved to Maryland with her husband in 2000. Lisa’s eight years in the title industry give her a well rounded knowledge of real estate transactions from beginning to end. She prides herself with providing “exceptional, personal service always” and making every settlement as smooth as possible. Lisa currently lives on Kent Island in Queen Anne’s County, where she is very involved with many organizations including Character Counts, and coaches a sixth grade class on the six pillars of Character. Lisa participates in the Queen Anne’s County Chamber of Commerce and is Chair of the Membership Committee, which focuses on member retention and new members. She will be President of the Chesapeake Women’s Network for the upcoming year, raising money to give scholarships to women to finish their college education. Other organizations include the Bay Area Association of Realtors, Business Network International and the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association. Lisa enjoys handling all types of closings, and has a special passion for Reverse Mortgage closings, which help seniors to stay in their homes. She is well versed with the Reverse Mortgage products, enabling her to understand and explain any concerns that may arise at the closing. Lisa is a licensed settlement officer and Maryland Notary Public.
Erin Shepherd is a native of Severna Park. She is also an alumni of Severn School and attended Roanoke College. Erin transitioned into the title business after working along side her husband in the mortgage industry. This experience has given her the knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service to all of her clients at Homeland Title & Escrow. Erin is a licensed title agent and Maryland Notary Public.
