Karen E. Daley is the founder, President and CEO of Homeland Title & Escrow, Ltd. Karen received her education at the University of Maryland, College Park and has almost 30 years of experience with the real estate market and title business. Karen previously was a successful real estate agent and sold over $30 million dollars in real estate in an eight year time span. She was honored as the "Rookie of the Year" for her agency, her first year in the business. In 1994, Karen founded Homeland Title as a two person location and now has more than 25 employees with offices in Anne Arundel County and Prince George's County. She is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association, Anne Arundel County Realtors Association, and has been accepted as a lifetime member of the National Registry of Who's Who in America. She is a licensed settlement agent and Maryland Notary Public.

Carolyn Broseker
is Vice President and Chief Counsel for Homeland Title. She received her B.A. from University of Pittsburgh in both History and Political Science and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law with a concentration in commercial law. Before joining Homeland Title & Escrow, Carolyn was a commercial litigator for large law firm based out of Philadelphia. She is a member of the Maryland Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar, and is currently applying to the D.C. Bar. Carolyn is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is a Maryland Notary Public and a licensed settlement attorney.

Jackie Keeney was born and raised in the Annapolis area. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Psychology. Jackie is a licensed Real Estate agent and has over 10 years of experience in the real estate market and title business. Jackie's previous experience as a real estate agent and her psychology degree, allows her to provide a complete understanding of the home-buying process, from contract to settlement. She is a licensed settlement agent and Maryland Notary Public.

Dainna Bowlin is a native of Maryland and a veteran of the United States Army. She served in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Shield and Storm. Dainna joined Homeland Title as a Settlement Officer in 2004. Before joining Homeland Title, Dainna was a Real Estate Agent for 4 years. As a former Realtor, she has an understanding of the full realm and complexity of any real estate transaction. Dainna knows first hand the hard work involved in getting the deal to the table, not to mention the many hours spent, so Dainna is always pleased to help in any way, whether it be a simple question, a problem or concern that may arise, or just explaining any part of the settlement process in detail and with patience.
Dainna is presently working toward a B.A. in Social Work. She is a licensed settlement officer and a Maryland Notary Public.

Diane Toomey is a 30 year native of the Annapolis area. A former Johns Hopkins ICU/OR nurse, she worked with the top surgeons in the country to deliver the highest quality patient care. Desiring a change, Diane searched for a career that combined her passion for real estate and desire to care for others. The title industry was a perfect fit! Her integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail are assets to Homeland Title. She is a licensed settlement agent and Maryland Notary Public.

Kathy Coligan received her Associates of Arts Degree in General Studies from Prince George's Community College
and has attended University Maryland University College. She was a licensed Real Estate Agent and has over 7
years experience in the real estate and title industry. Kathy started out in the title
business as a Settlement Processor, which made her an expert in solving title issues and
clearing title for settlement. She is a current member of the Prince George's County Realtors Association.
She is a licensed settlement officer and Maryland Notary Public.
